P2 After Effects Animation - Moving mouth

Yeah boy animation

To make this animation I made a PSD file in Photoshop which had different layers of the body parts of the character separated and I then also made different layers for the mouth by drawing a mouth. few different times in different layers .

Later on I imported the mouth and the body  into an after effects composition and started working with key frames to give body parts movement by changing the rotation of each object.

For the talking part I added some sound to the composition and started playing around with the layers time to make sure the movement and the shape of the mouth is synced in with the vocal recording.
